Pernod Ricard, the French drinks group, has reported that it has sold its stake in the former Seagram-Kirin joint venture, Kirin Distillery. The disposal leaves Kirin Brewery with a 100% interest in Kirin Distillery. Kirin distributes a number of former-Seagram brands now owned by Pernod Ricard in Japan, including Chivas Regal, Martell, Royal Salute and Glen Grant.
