Baltic Beverages Holding AB (BBH), specially created at the beginning of nineties for the work in Eastern Europe market, had a positive influence on the 2002-results of its European parents – Hartwall brewery and Carlsberg Breweries AS – with its breweries acquired in Russia, BBH outputs about 33% of Russian beer and Russian beer market grows much faster then the European one, Russian media stated. With such paces BBH is to become a monopolist on Russian beer market with 35% stake.
