USA: AB InBev announces $23 million investment in its Fort Collins, Colorado brewery

Anheuser-Busch InBev announced on September 21 a $23 million investment in its Fort Collins, Colorado brewery to expand production of Michelob ULTRA and enhance local manufacturing skills training.

This spending is part of the company’s $600 million Brewing Futures initiative across 2025–2026 for U.S. operations, focused on people, breweries and communities.

The Fort Collins project adds capacity for 25-oz cans, increases rail capacity to strengthen transportation and route-to-market capabilities, and includes a new on-site technical skills training center, one of 15 such centers nationwide.

Anheuser-Busch plans to upskill more than 90% of its manufacturing workforce over the next five years and notes it has invested $93 million in Fort Collins facilities since 2021.
