Interbrew, the Belgian-based international brewing group, is suing the bank, HSBC Holdings, to stop it from using the slogan: “The World’s Local Bank” in its advertisements, just-drinks.com reported. The appeal was filed since Interbrew is regarding that the slogan is too similar to its own advertising slogan “The World’s Local Brewer.” A Brussels court is to consider the petition.
