Panonska brewery from Croatia will have henceforth two owners : Denmanrk’s Carlsberg and the Investment Fund for Central and Eastern Europe.

The change of ownership at Panonska happened after Carlsberg Breweries bought 40% of the Panonska ‘s stock from Podravka Food Industries' against the amount of USD 11000000.

Owing to this purchase Carlsberg will be able to control 80% of the Panonska ‘s shareholding and will have much better possibilities to improve its standing in the region .
