Banco Bryggerier, a brewery from Sweden has been acquired by its rival Kopparbergs Bryggeri which following this acqusition has become the owner of 4 breweries. The amount paid for Banco Bryggerier , as well as further details concerning this transaction have not been revealed to the public .
