Kirin breweries from Japan bought 99% from the stock of Eishogen Corp, a company specialized in Chinese whine production and distribution. The acquisition of this company that registered in 2001 annual sales of EUR44.3 million, is suiting the long-run goals of Kirin regarding the fortification of its involvement in the low-alcoholic drinks market.
