Harboes Bryggeri A/S, the Denmark’s brewer, has reported an operating profit for the first quarter of the 2003/2004 fiscal year of DKr37.5m, up by 57.6% from DKr23.8m in the corresponding quarter a year earlier. Harboes' turnover rose by 11.1% to DKr469m in the first quarter. The company said it was forecasting a full-year pre-tax profit of between DKr70m and DKr80m.
