Carlsberg has signed an agreement with Yasar Holding to buy 47.77% stake in the Turkish brewery Turk Tuborg.

Due to this acquisition the Carlsberg’s total stake in Turk Tuborg becomes 50.01%. Yasar Holding will retain about 15% of the share capital.

Turk Tuborg’s distribution company Bimpas is also included in the transaction.
