Singapore: ThaiBev completes increase in issued and paid-up share capital into its Singapore subsidiary

Thai Beverage (ThaiBev) announced that it has completed the increase in the issued and paid-up share capital worth $5.6 mln into its subsidiary, InterBev (Singapore), Singapore Business Review reported on October 20.

The capital injection brings total paid-up capital to $72.3 mln from $66.7 mln.

ThaiBev's direct subsidiary, International Beverage Holdings (IBHL) funded the capital increase in InterBev from cash flow from operations.
