Brewery news

Tinkoff has opened June 30 a mixed brewery-restaurant in Rostov-on-Don, the company released July 03. Tinkoff’s marketing chief officer, Oxana Grigorieva said the company was looking for long time to find a proper site for its establishment in Rostov. It is the eleventh brewery that Tinkoff inaugurated similar to those that it already runs in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Novosibirsk, Nijni Novgorod, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Soci, Kazan and also Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan).

Investments in the new project are worth US$2 million and Tinkoff plans to recover the investment in the next 4 years, Grigorieva said.

The brewing capacity of the new mini-brewery is 15,000 l per month (Moscow brewery’s capacity is 28,900 l per month, Saint Petersburg brewery can brew monthly 66,000 l, Nijni Novgorod brewery capacity is 18,000 l per month, the brewery in Novosibirsk has a capacity of 10,500 l per month and Soci brewery has a brewing capacity of 30,000 l).

The restaurant has an originally designed interior allowing the visitors to assist from their desks the brewing process as the mini-brewery is installed right in the middle of the interior being enclosed by a glass wall.
