SUN Interbrew announced on September 13 the appointment of Oleg Tinkov to the Board of Directors of SUN Interbrew Ltd. Effective immediately. The appointment has been made today at a meeting of the Company's Board.

Entrepreneur Oleg Tinkov has substantial experience in establishing and developing businesses in many spheres of the FMCG sector, including beer and restaurants in this country. He joins SUN Interbrew's Board following the deal on acquisition by InBev of the Tinkoff beer business last July. On closing of the deal last August the Tinkoff brewery near St Petersburg has become part of InBev's Russian operations run by SUN Interbrew.

Commenting on the appointment, Joseph W. Strella, CEO, SUN Interbrew, said, «We look forward to the perspective Oleg Tinkov will bring to our organization through his successful career and his ongoing business capacities and drive that we can use to challenge ourselves to achieve the march from Biggest to Best».
