E-Malt.com News article: Ukraine: Farmers harvested 63% of barley as of August 2

As of August 2, Ukraine's farmers harvested 5.516 million tonnes of barley from 2.826 million hectares (63 %) at a yield of 2.09 tonnes per ha, according to operative data published by APK-Inform Information Agency.

Ukrainian farmers collected 22.2 million tonnes of early grains and pulses, APK-Inform said on August 2. The crops have been harvested from 8.29 million hectares or 65 % of forecast area, reports Agrarian Policy Ministry of Ukraine.
