Germany: Heineken NV joint venture Brau Holding International AG's Kulmbacher Brauerei AG unit said it will offer EUR 51.13 per share for the remaining 9.3 % of Wuerzburger Hofbraeu AG it does not already own.

Kulmbacher formally acquired a 90.7 % stake in Wuerzburger Hofbraeu on March 24 following a EUR 34 million offer for the brewer announced in January.

Brau Holding International AG is 49.9 % owned by Heineken and 50.1 % by Schoerghuber Corporate Group. Its main brands are Paulaner and Kulmbacher.
