E-Malt.com News article: USA, NC: Noblebraü Brewing officially moves into new Brevard location
Brewery news

It was a busy afternoon on King Street on Wednesday, May 6 as Noblebraü Brewing – Brevard's newest craft beer purveyor – officially moved into the neighborhood after several hours spent unloading large pieces of equipment, the Transylvania Times reported.

Noblebraü is the creation of Brevard resident Cody Noble.

Noble, 29, previously served as head brewer at Boojum Brewing Co. before leaving to take over business operations at 185 King Street with his fiancé, Madeline, in February.

Given his background, starting his own brewery was a long-standing goal for Noble and seeing all the equipment go from the 18-wheeler to its final resting place inside the building was the first step in realizing that vision.

"It's been a long time coming," Noble said. "This is something I've wanted to do really badly over the past year."

The brewery will be housed in an adjacent space connected to the 185 King Street venue that was previously used as an office and to store equipment. Noble said he plans to brew a variety of beers, from sours to lights, and hazy IPAs to dark beers, but he does want to emphasize Belgian style beers.

Initially, Noblebraü will offer draft sales at 185 King Street, as well as kegs for restaurants around town. They will also offer growler sales, as well as crowlers, while Noble works toward a full canning line down the road. With the equipment in place and the final installation ongoing, operations should be up and running in the coming months.

"By the end of June we might have some product ready, but I'm hoping to move fairly quickly from here on out," Noble said.
