Brewery news

Red Bird Brewing has opened the doors to its taproom in Kelowna, although it will be a little while longer until patrons are able to enjoy any house-brewed beers, Canadian Beer News reported on August 10.

According to founder Adam Semeniuk, some of his own creations should be on tap by the end of August. In the meantime, guest beers from breweries such as Postmark, Parallel 49, and Steamworks are available, along with local cider and wine options.

Red Bird Brewing is located at 1086 Richter St. in Kelowna, and is open from 4:00 PM until “late” on Wednesday to Friday, and 12:00 noon to “late” on Saturday and Sunday.
