Brewery news

Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that a new brewery in New Brunswick has released its first beer into local pubs.

Loyalist City Brewing has been founded by friends and experienced homebrewers Mark McGraw, Ryan Scott, and David Smith, and has launched with Lupulus Interruptus, a 7.5% abv and 90 IBU American-style IPA.

Lupulus Interruptus is currently on tap at Cask & Kettle, and available for growler fills at the Wellington Row ANBL. Other brands and expanded distribution will follow in January, and the brewery taproom and retail store at 60 Water Street in Uptown Saint John will open in early 2017.
