Hong Kong: ABN AMRO Bank NV has sold 24,000 shares in Harbin Brewery at HK$5.55 each, according to a statement from the Securities and Futures Commission. ABN AMRO now holds 1.96 million shares of Harbin, representing a 0.19% stake, the statement added.

Harbin was the reason of a battle for control between Anheuser-Busch and SABMiller last month, with AB coming out on top. The US-based brewer offered HK$5.58 per share for the Chinese brewer.
