Rare Bird Craft Beer Pale Ale launches in 35 stores across Nova Scotia on November 18, NG News Canada reported on November 13.

The Authentic Seacoast Brewing Company continues the proud brewing tradition started by Nicholas Denys in Guysborough in 1659.

“It’s an honour to bring the tradition of Atlantic Canada’s oldest commercial brewery to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) with our Rare Bird Pale Ale,” said Glynn Williams, Proprietor. “It’s an immensely drinkable East Coast interpretation of this classic beer style that beer drinkers everywhere are sure to enjoy.”

Brewing craft beer on the Guysborough waterfront since 2006, the Authentic Seacoast Brewing Company has been serving a loyal and growing following of fans for handcrafted, real ales made in small batches. “Making our Rare Bird Craft Beer available across the Province is the next step in our vision is to help restore the proud trading legacy of Guysborough,” Williams said. “Last year, we launched the Full Steam Coffee Company and are now in more than 100 stores in Atlantic Canada, including all of the Sobeys in the Maritimes, Pete’s and other fine grocers, retailers, cafes and restaurants. By making and exporting quality products, we’re creating sustainable jobs in our region.”

The Authentic Seacoast Brewing Co. currently offers two Rare Bird Craft Beer products, Rare Bird Pale Ale and Full Steam Stout. Also, the brewery will be launching its Pumpkin Ale, made with hand-picked, freshly roasted and spiced pumpkins later in November.
