Quebec City brewing collective La Barberie has launched a new series of limited edition beers, Bières et Plaisirs reported on July, 9.

Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale is the first release of the series. It’s a 6.5% copper ale that was brewed using its namesake hops from New Zealand, and is available in a strictly limited edition of 3500 x 500 ml bottles.

Future beers in the series will similarly be limited to 1750 litre batches available exclusively in 500 ml bottles at select retail outlets in Quebec.
