E-Malt.com News article: Ukraine: Locally brewed Baltika Razlivnoe to hit store shelves in mid-January

Baltika Razlivnoe brewed locally by Carlsberg Ukraine will become available in Ukrainian stores as from mid-January 2013, Pivnoe Delo reported on December, 26.

The beer will be represented in an original glass bottle of 0.44 l in points of sale all over the country. The first batch of of Baltika Razlivnoe was bottled this month at the Kyiv brewery of Carlsberg Ukraine.

Baltika Razlivnoe first appeared in Ukrainian stores in August this year. This was the first batch of the product imported from Russia.

At the moment the portfolio of the Baltika brand in Ukraine includes four types: Baltika 0 Non-Alcoholic, Baltika №3 Classic, Baltika №7 Export and Baltika №9 Strong.

AC Nielsen states that in September 2012 (representing the results of the first 9 months of the current year) the brand share in the premium segment was 26% by volume and 28% by value.
