Big Rig Kitchen & Brewery announced on December, 13 the release of a pair of new winter-friendly beers created by brewmaster Lon Ladell.

Now on tap at the brewpub is Black As Coal Double IPA, an 8.2% dark ale.

Available in 500 ml bottles at the bar and to take home is Old Man Winter Strong Ale. Also 8.2%, it was brewed with Seville orange peel and Belgian candi sugar, and finished with apricots and yellow sultanas.
