E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Flying Monkeys collaborates with Barenaked Ladies on BNL Strong Beer

Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery announced on September, 28 the upcoming release of BNL Strong Beer, which was brewed in collaboration with legendary Canadian rock-pop band Barenaked Ladies.

Developed and brewed with full participation of members of the band, the beer is described as “a fudge-y Imperial Chocolate stout with an 11% ABV that really lives up to its name.”

BNL Strong Beer is expected to be released in time for the band’s “Symphony Barenaked” tour, which kicks off in Vancouver on November, 30.

BNL Strong Beer will be available in 750 ml bottles, with distribution confirmed for liquor retailers in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, and negotiations underway for British Columbia.
