Brewery news

Brooklyn Brewery will release “Dial M for Mild”, the fourth beer in The Worshipful Company of Brewers series, next week, Shanken News Daily reported on September, 20.

Designed by brewer Al Duvall, the 4%-abv dark mild ale will be served on tap at the Brooklyn Brewery tasting room.

The Worshipful Company of Brewers series allows each of the company’s brewers to take a turn creating their own beer and compete for a chance to move up to the Brewmaster’s Reserve line.

The first three beers in the series included Oishi, a single-hop Belgian-inspired session ale created by Tom Villa; Centerfold, a West Coast Pale Ale by Rob Lemery; and The River, a barrel-aged Belgian pale ale by Dan Moss.
