The newest creation of Devil's Canyone, Belle, is now available throughout San Mateo And San Francisco Counties, The Full Pint reported on August, 30.

Belle is a beer that has been in the planning stages in one form or another for just over 10 years, the goal being to create a new class of brewing requiring true artisan effort and in the tradition of great brewing.

Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company has been producing barrel-aged beers and a rye-based India Pale Ale since its founding in 2001 but as these styles have become more common-place the company felt it was time to take on a new challenge, create a new category, and produce a truly unique craft beer offering.

Brewed in the French style using champagne yeast it is an interpretation of a Californian version of a sparkling ale.
