Brewery news

Bristol Brewing Co. announced on July, 31 the release of two Belgian-style beers: Bristol’s Belgian Dubbel and Bristol’s Belgian Tripel.

Both scheduled for an unveiling on August, 23, the two bottle conditioned ales will only be available in 750ml bottles at select restaurants and liquor stores across Colorado and in the brewery’s tasting room. The newly designed silk-screened bottles are finished with a cork and wire cage.

“My three-week trip to Belgium in 2001 inspired these brews,” says Mike Bristol, owner of Bristol Brewing Co. “It wasn’t until our 6000th batch ten years later (in 2011) that the milestone-worthy Dubbel came to life. This year, we’re excited to brew and bottle both of these traditional Belgian-style beers for Colorado.”
