Brewery news

Railway City Brewing has announced the release of two new seasonal beers for the winter, as well as a move to cans for two of their year-round brands, Canadian Beer News reported on December, 16.

The first of the seasonal brews, Cranberry Pilsner, was released a couple of weeks ago. Made with fresh cranberries grown in Bala, Ontario, it’s available in 500 ml bottles at the brewery store, with 50 cents from each sale being donated to the local United Way.

Coming December 19th is a second holiday seasonal, Black Coal Stout. This slightly strong stout (6% abv) will also be available in 500 ml bottles at the brewery.

And available now in 473 ml cans at select LCBO outlets are two of the brewery’s flagship brands, Dead Elephant Ale and Iron Spike Blonde Ale.
