Amalgamated Beverage Industries (ABI) Limited announced recently that Ms DLT Dondur, Financial Director of ABI Limited, has informed the Board of her intention to resign in order to pursue other business interests. Ms Dondur's resignation will take effect from 31 December 2003. Mr V.(Indrin) Pillay (B.Comm.(Hons.), Adv. Tax Cert., MBA) has been appointed as Financial Director with effect from 1 January 2004. He has 8 years experience within the SABMiller plc Group and has been with ABI for 1 year.
