Brewery news

Molson Coors is recalling 1.18-litre bottles of Molson Dry in Quebec because the labels may show the beer is weaker than it actually is, The Canadian Press reported on April, 22.

The brewer says a few of the bottles could carry labels indicating an alcohol content of 5.5 per cent instead of 10.1 per cent.

The recalled products were produced for the Quebec market on April 1st and have a black bottle twist cap.

The neck of the affected bottles have a production code beginning with D01.

The recall is being monitored by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
