Carlsberg Asia Holdings Pte Ltd , which is recently established , has the right not to make a public offer to the stockholders of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad. This entitlement was conferred to Carlsberg Asia , by the authorities of the Malaysian Stock Exchange.
