E-Malt.com News article: Russia: Baltika Breweries to launch Carlsberg’s female beer

Baltika Breweries will launch a female-oriented beer-like drink Eve in December, UniPack communicated on November, 26.

The drink will be produced under license from Baltika’s parent Danish brewer Carlsberg. Initially, Eve will be available only in Moscow, St. Petersburg and cities with a population of more than one million inhabitants.

Earlier this week, Carlsberg said Eve will get a full on-trade UK launch in April 2010, following successful trials in Manchester.
