E-Malt.com News article: UK: Anheuser-Busch to delist from London Stock Exchange because of low trading volumes
Brewery news

Anheuser-Busch wants to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange on the basis that trading volumes have been very low and to reduce compliance costs, FinancialMirror published April 2.

Anheuser-Busch believes that delisting from the London Stock Exchange's market will not adversely affect its shareholders. The shares will continue to be listed and admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange and the SWX Swiss Exchange. It is also Anheuser-Busch's current intention to seek a further listing on Euronext Paris in the future.
