Brewery news

Heineken Costa Rica will be the name of the company's new subsidiary following the integration of the beverage, food, and retail operations acquired from Florida Ice and Farm Company, Freshly Bottled reported on April 16.

The official unveiling of the new name and logo marks a new phase for its presence in Central America, reinforcing the group's regional strategy and expanding its global footprint.

Heineken Costa Rica currently has more than 4,500 employees, four production plants, 13 distribution centres, and a portfolio of more than 50 prestigious brands, including Imperial, Tropical, Pilsen, Bavaria, and Ducal. Heineken Costa Rica maintains a strong sustainability agenda and philosophy, aligned with global commitments regarding water conservation, carbon emission reduction, the circular economy, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The new Heineken Costa Rica logo harmoniously and symbolically merges the legacy of two companies, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Central America and reflecting their ambition to integrate their potential into a single identity.
