Group ONA (ex-Omnium Nord-Africain), based in Morocco, has reported that it had sold its activities in beers, fizzy drinks and distribution to Brasseries et Glacières Internationales (BGI), a subsidiary of France based, Castel group. The deal worths about EUR 159 million. It concerns ONA's brewery subsidiaries, SNBM, Branoma and the Brasseries de Tanger, SCBG (fizzy drinks) SIM (distribution) and Maropac (bottle rack manufacture).
