Carlsberg is to re-launch its chocolate-based beer Criollo Stout under the brand name Semper Ardens Criollo Stout, the Ritzau news agency reports. The chocobeer was launched a few years ago at certain restaurants in Copenhagen, but for one reason or another, the Danish brewer now sees it fit to attract a wider public's interest to it.

Meanwhile, the family-owned Fernandes brewery in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, is about to roll out a rhubarb beer. The brewery's owners, David and Maureen James, have been involved in the British town's rhubarb festival for years, and the launch comas as part of a push of the locally manufactured real ales, Beverage World writes.
