Three of Germany's biggest breweries, Radeberger, Warsteiner, and Krombacher, have signed a letter of intent to buy into Trinks GmbH, a drinks logistics company owned by the Nestlé subsidiary Blau Quellen Mineral- und Heilbrunnen AG, Lebensmittel-Zeitung reports. No financial details have emerged about the deal, which is subject to regulatory approval.
