The Bulgarian brewer, Ariana Brewery, 95%-owned by Cyprus Brew masters Holding, a subsidiary of Brewinvest, is to delist from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, according to press reports in Bulgaria. Brewinvest is the joint venture between Greece's Hellenic Bottling and Dutch brewer, Heineken.

Trading in the company's shares is expected to cease within the next month. Ariana's decision is yet to be approved by Bulgaria's State Securities and Exchange Commission.
