E-Malt.com News article: Canada, AB: Two Pillars Brewery opens in Calgary’s Crescent Heights neighbourhood
Brewery news

A new brewery and taproom that is “built on authentic community enjoying life together, helping each other find hope and fulfillment, and inspiring those around them to do the same” has opened its doors in Calgary’s Crescent Heights neighbourhood, the Canadian Beer News reported on September 8.

Two Pillars Brewery has been founded by Boaz Leung and Jacob May, both immigrants to Canada who aim to use the “universal language of good food and good drink” to connect to their community.

The brewery opened over the Labour Day weekend with a line-up of core and rotating beers including Golden Strong Belgian Ale (8.6% abv), Wit Wheat Beer (5.5% abv), Pillars of Fire Tripel (5.5% abv), Get Punched Fruit Sour (4.5% abv), Blonde Ale (6.2% abv), Campfire & Scotch Scottish Ale (5.3% abv), Petrichor Brown Ale (5.9% abv), and Sticky Marriage Fruit Beer (5.6% abv).

Two Pillars Brewery is located at 910 Centre St. N. in Calgary, and is open from Thursday to Sunday.
