E-Malt.com News article: USA, FL: History Class Brewing Company one step closer to opening
Brewery news

History Class Brewing Company in Downtown Panama City is one step closer to opening, WJHG-TV reported on February 23.

Officials with the brewery say much of the main work inside the building is complete and they're getting ready to start brewing beer.

They've also started looking for employees and bartenders.

They say brewing the beer will take around four to six weeks and once that's over they'll start the grand opening phase.

Tim Whaler, the brewer for History Class Brewing Company said, "We'll use the grand opening phase to get our feet wet as we go. Then definitely announcing a grand opening to the public once we do a few of those soft openings to get everything smoothed out."

Whaler says they plan to have 16 taps total and at least half of them available when the brewery opens.
