The Big Rip Brewing Company opened in North Kansas City on Sunday, May, 19.

The two-man microbrewery served samples of beer to the participants in the Tour de Brew bike race as part of the official opening of their Tap Room.

Josh Collins and Kip Feldt have been working on launching Big Rip, which includes a production brewery and tap room, since last summer. Big Rip is now scheduling tours of its brewery.
