E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Flying Monkeys doubles brewing capacity
Brewery news

Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery has added four new beer tanks to its Dunlop Street facility to meet the increasing demand for its products, The Drinks Business Review reported on February, 6.

Three 90 hectoliter fermenters and one 100 hectoliter Bright Beer tank, which will be used for finishing the brewing process, will double the brewery's production capacity.

Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery founder Peter Chiodo said the delivery and installation of the tanks will involve a number of local businesses and trades people.

Chiodo said the company has already added two new tanks in over Christmas break and the process went smoothly.

He added that the expansion will allow the company to better meet the demand for their unique craft beers and continue developing new brands for the specialty beer market.

The company's year round beer portfolio includes Flying Monkeys Amber Ale, Hoptical Illusion Almost Pale Ale, Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale, Smashbomb Atomic IPA and Antigravity Light Ale.
