E-Malt.com News article: USA, NY: Bronx Brewery launches its first beer
Brewery news

The Bronx Brewery, a craft brewery in New York, has released its first flagship beer, the Bronx Pale Ale, in various bars across New York City, Drinks Business Review reported on September, 26.

Brewed with five different barley malts, the Bronx Pale Ale is developed and brewed by the brewery's co-founder and head brewer Damian Brown, reported Brewbound.

The beer, which has 6.3% ABV, 9.6 SRM and 34.7 IBU, is an American-style pale ale made with Cascade and Centennial hops, and is said to be dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized. According to the company, the Bronx Pale Ale is a unique version of the traditional American-style pale ale.

Currently available in draft kegs, the new ale will be rolled out in 12oz and 22oz bottles in the next year. It is available at various bars and restaurants in New York City, including Amity Hall, Bronx Ale House, Bruckner Bar & Grill, Café D'Alsace, DBGB, Indian Road Café, Marshall Stack and Rattle N Hum.

Founded in 2009, the Bronx Brewery's traditionally crafted ales are said to be made by only premium and minimally processed materials.
