Joe White Maltings Ltd. takes over Maltco Pty Ltd !



Maltco Pty Ltd has agreed to sell its malting business to Maltco International Pty Ltd, effective on Nov 14, 2001.

Maltco International Pty Ltd is wholly owned subsidiary of Joe White Maltings Limited, a listed public company since 1951, and has been operating in the malt industry since 1858.
