Baltic Beverages Holding will send 87% stake in the Kalnapilis brewery, owned by Carlsberg Breweries and Baltic Beverages Holding in Lithuania in order to make possible the merger between Carlsberg and Orkla.This is the condition of selling one brewery required by the Lithuania competition authority. The sale could be between 40m$ and 50m$.
