Asia Pacific Breweries (APB), the brewery conglomerate of Singapore, will purchase the outstanding 8.5% of shares in the Vietnamese brewery, Hatay Brewery Ltd (HBL), which it did not already own. The Vietnamese regulatory approved the acquisition. The deal might worth VND43.574 billion (US$2.83m) cash.
