E-Malt.com News article: Israel: Stella Artois launched in Israel

Central Bottling company, the local Coca Cola and Carslberg representative, has recently launched Stella Artois in Israel. The beer was present on the market but could hardly be found in Israel. Stella will now join Interbrew's other imported premium beers, Leffe and Hoegaarden. The beer market has been stagnant recently. Tempo Beer Industries controls about 56 % of the local beer market, while Central Bottling has a 35-percent share.
