Fort Collins’ newest brewery, Black Bottle Brewery, took a big step towards opening this week with the installation of its tanks and fermenters, The Coloradoan reported on September, 27.

Sean Nook, owner of Black Bottle Brewery, said with the installation of five seven-barrel fermenters, two brite tanks, a kettle and a burner, he is now looking to open by the end of October.

Black Bottle will open with a $17,000 40 tap draft system that will offer five Black Bottle beers to start, along with other breweries’ beers.

Nook said he expects to start brewing beer in the next two weeks and be open by Halloween, if all goes according to plan.
