E-Malt.com News article: Russia: Shareholders of Pikra, Vena and Yarpivo to seal up merger with Baltika

Three general meetings are planed to gather on October 03 Pikra, Vena and Yarpivo’s shareholders during which attendants will be proposed to vote on the insertion of new stipulations in Baltika’s internal regulation concerning the assignment of each of three attached companies.

These general meetings represent one of te final steps towards the affiliation of the three companies to Baltika.

According to earlier statements, July marked the end of the share-conversion process between Pikra, Vena and Yarpivo on one hand and Baltika on the other hand. After these financial transformations, Baltika acquired a controlling stake in each of these companies.

In addition, as it was released August 21, the majority of Pikra, Vena and Yarpivo shareholders approved the fusion between their company respectively and Baltika.
