E-Malt.com News article: Ukraine: New crop barley purchase prices set at UAH570–600 per MT

This week not only old crop feed barley, yet as well small lots of new crop feed barley (having started coming to market due to southern regions harvest beginning) were offered for sale, Agro Perspectiva released August 15 in its Ukrainian Grain Market weekly report.

Export-orientated companies were gradually declining purchase prices as much as they succeeded to form barley lots necessary for old contracts fulfilment. Operators declared new crop barley purchase prices UAH570–600 per MT (CPT — deep water port).

Barley exporters purchase prices ranged within UAH610–640 per MT, CPT port. US$ prices were US$110–122 per MT (FOB)/US$100–112 per MT (CPT port).
