The Boston Beer Company Inc., brewer of Samuel Adams Boston Lager, said on March 10: “Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Richard Lindsay will resign at the end of March.” The company has retained an executive search firm to seek a replacement. Monica M. Martin, Boston Beer’s director of finance and corporate controller, will replace Lindsay on an interim basis. Martin Roper, president and chief executive, has been appointed treasurer, effective April 1, 2003. Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. has been retained to conduct the CFO search, the Boston-based company said.
